Excellent post sales support from Tech Armor. I ordered screen protectors but when I received them the protector would not work with my iPhone 12. It prevented the face recognition from working. I contacted Tech Armor who advised me that the screen protector have been modified. They sent me another pack of modified protectors at no cost which worked perfectly. Great support!

I installed the screen protector without much trouble, but it was not quite centered. Not a big deal because the screen is 98% covered. Only when I was done did I notice the "easy installation tray" and wondered what it was and how it worked. It's listed on the front of the protection pack box. I had followed the written installation instructions as closely as I could, but nowhere in the instructions is "installation tray" mentioned. Instruction Note 5 would have been a perfect place for it. The graphic for Note 5 is really insufficient to clearly communicate how it works. Again, it worked out for me, but I had to watch a video to see what you had in mind for the installation tray. Consider including "installation tray" in the instructions to make it truly "easy."

I have used Tech Armor Ballistic Glass screen protectors on every IPhone I have owned. Once installed it is almost impossible to tell there is a screen protector in place unless somewhere along the line you drop your phone and see a crack and realize your screen is protected. Also Customer Service is excellent. The last time I installed it improperly and got a dust bubble. Tech Armor replaced it no questions asked. It is a great product and a very good company.

I have had Tech Armor since the IPhone 6 Plus came out and their customer service is excellent. Durable products with awesome service. You can’t beat that! John assisted me with my replacement and he was very prompt and professional.

I tried several screen protectors when I had my iphone 5s.... Found tech armor and after several accidents (including tumbling downhill drive way and breaking the exterior case even!) the tech armor screen protector saved my phone... there wasn't a scratch anywhere the tech armor was! Naturally, when I upgraded phones, I went straight to Tech armor. Their customer service is beyond superb - just like the protection it offers! Recently, I had my phone in my hand when I tripped over a dog and phone went straight into a metal pole as I tried to brace myself... it was smashed... or so I thought! The Tech armor screen protector was smashed... still holding together and not in pieces.. and I feared if I took it off my phone screen would be the same... not a scratch or dent. Thankfully the warranty allowed me to get a replacement for a low shipping cost! Superior protection & customer service = Im a customer for life!
