The glass was great. Very crystal clear, finger prints wipe off easily. Then glass broke. Consumer service replace it with new one. All good.

Tech armor comes with reliable and good quality products. They keep improving the game.. i found the guide frame while applying useful and something i had n't used / seen before. The customer service is responsive and caring.

Excellent product. Excellent follow through. I ordered a 12.9 ballistic glass screen saver from Amazon. Twice they sent me the wrong item. Contacted Tech Armor, and notified them. John with customer service took care of me and made it right. I like the saver and will order two more for my other two smaller I Pads

After quite a few drops, the corners of the Ballistic Glass on my iPhone 5 got cracked, and it needed to be changed. I had another one, but got nervous as "how to change it so I would not get hurt" as some of the corners were sharp! I wrote an email, and less than an hour later, I got an answer with the details needed to help me change it! It was very easy and the service "via email" was incredibly fast! Thanks again Tech Armor for your help!

A replacement of Ipad screen protector can not be done online, I was reached out by the customer service department and the job is done. I am impress as always with the high level of your commitment and service. I did like to see more screen protectors for different brands of phones such as Huawei and Oppo. I will sure be one of your loyal customers .
