The delivery of the Bose speaker was fine. I then sent a request through the customer service portal and have yet to hear any response from you. I bought a laptop that I am quite dissatisfied with and sent an inquiry. No response. thanks :(

True to their word the Sound bar I purchased was new, in a sealed package. I was very happy with their service. If you have something you are interested in buying, Tech For Less is good place to go. Watch your selection for a few days though, before you buy. The price could go lower. A week after I ordered my sound bar the price dropped an additional $19.

The prices are great, I called to update my order and received excellent customer service with a sort wait time. What else do you want? I highly recommend Tech For Less.
