If you have a question it's very easy to submit it and like other companies, Techhauz us on it right away.
I had an incident with a purchase, took a bit longer than Iit normally does. Tech Hauz got right on it. The employees that work there are always polite and get to a problem quickly and solve it. Tech Hauz has been my go to when I make a purchase.

Dear Maggie, We understand and value your feedback and trust in our company, and we want to offer our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected delay in your recent order. Please know that this delay is not indicative of our usual level of service. Our team has been working tirelessly to assist you with the issue with your card, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration caused. A system update later in the day unfortunately resulted in a delay with your order. This is an area we are actively working to improve upon. We genuinely regret any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Best regards, TECH HAUZ Support
