I signed up for a trial subscription. I had problems getting the system to work and connecting devices. I tried to submit a cancellation 4 times. System keeps you in a loop where you cannot cancel. Will not connect you to customer service. When you call the number the system goes to a voice mail and asks you to leave a message. Never says company name. Business hours.. nada. This is feeling more and more like a bad business deal.
