I love the quick training videos available to users and the certification process was excellent. There are times when I forget how to do a something like "simplify" and the quick videos are super helpful to watch.

Snagit is a really full-featured program. I know going forward, it will be only available as a subscription. I wish they would retain the perpetual licensing as an option.

1. Great product. Dramatically simpler than comparable tools such as those from Adobe. Deep enough feature set to do complex projects. 2. Great service. I did have a few questions and issues and went through a version upgrade. Integrated tech support and actual contact with humans was all first rate.
