TeikametricsReviews of teikametrics.com

Teikametrics has reliably provided us with excellent account support from knowledgeable team members, the platform is easy to use, and the data is accurate. We now generate roughly twice the sales for every ad dollar by leveraging their ARI platform, which our Amazon business holistically rather than one lever at a time. They are at the cutting edge of new tech, and as clients we have access to frequent educational webinars across a broad range of topics, from new tools in the platform to trends on Amazon.

Just great, and Support actually works 😊

My organization has partnered with Teikametrics in a full-funnel, full-service advertising capacity for over five years. Our business does over $100M in annual revenue on platforms like Amazon, and our annual advertising spend on those platforms exceeds $15M. What truly sets Teikametrics apart is the level of hands-on service and thought partnership their experts bring to the table. Their perspective across various industries and marketplaces helps inform and drive improvement across our ads business. Combined with the hands-on experience and service their experts provide, the automation and insights that their ARI platform drives have continued to unlock incremental improvement, growth, efficiency, and insight year after year. We conduct a due diligence review each time our Teikametrics contract is up for renewal, and after three renewal cycles, we continue to believe that Teikametrics represents the best value in the advertising space.

We've had a positive experience working with Teikametrics. They've helped us restructure our Amazon advertising campaigns to improve signal quality and create a more organized campaign structure. Their reporting makes it easy to track performance, and our weekly strategy calls provide a consistent cadence to review results and discuss opportunities. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. Overall, Teikametrics has been a helpful partner as we've continued to optimize our Amazon advertising.

Good Customer Support, Easy to Use Interface, and reliable data. Teikametrics was easy to implement with our different storefront/channels, which is an added bonus! We no longer have to wait on reports, mash them together in excel and do all these manual steps just to get the data together before analysis, insights and action items. Teikametrics saves us so much time each week where we can focus on action items and get more things done that move the needle.

We've had a great experience working with the Teikametrics team. They have been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to collaborate as we've continued to optimize our Walmart Connect advertising strategy. Their recommendations have helped us better understand campaign performance, budget allocation, keyword optimization, Sponsored Brands, and overall advertising efficiency. I especially appreciate that they're open to discussing strategy beyond simply increasing spend. Our conversations have focused on optimizing our existing budget, prioritizing top-performing products, refining keyword strategies, and using data to make informed decisions. The team's responsiveness and willingness to answer questions have made them a valuable partner as we've continued to grow our Walmart business.

I enjoy the features available but find that sometimes the tools I'd like to use are locked behind a higher pay tier.

I like the fact that it runs ads well for your business but I dislike the fact signing in Nigeria and Africa as a whole isn't working well And also the channels in through which are used for ads market place are not conversant in Nigeria and Africa only if we can have some other markets place apart from Amazon and Walmart, Tiktok is ok but that can't be the only market place we should be able to use in Africa But teikametrics is really good
