Malware on Tekno3D Labs and Not working
Tekno3D Labs please fix your software the Control Center is a malware and when I use VESAI it's great but there's malware so if you fix this software I will make the 1 out of 5 stars to 5 stars if you fix this software there's malware still the software works but the Control Center is a malware please fix your software UPDATE 07/09/26: Okay I've been using this software it's not working I don't have a strong computer to enhance with Dolby Vision so I am not using Tekno3D Video Enhance Studio AI very disappointed if it gets better I will rate it up to 5 out of 5 stars but still I am very disappointed so 0 stars for this software disappointed it doesn't work with low end PCs and I want a refund I don't like it if you make it better for low end PCs to work with Dolby Vision then I will use it but still very disappointed that Dolby Vision doesn't work for low end PCs very disappointed

Hi William, thank you for the honest feedback and for clarifying that VESAI itself works great for you! The "malware" detection is a known false positive from Windows Defender. The Control Center is built with PowerShell, which Windows Defender sometimes flags aggressively — even on legitimate software. It contains no malicious code whatsoever. To confirm this is safe, you can: 1. Submit the file to virustotal.com — you'll see it's clean across all major engines 2. Add an exclusion in Windows Defender for the Control Center executable We're also working on a code-signing certificate update which will eliminate these false positives entirely in a future release.
