I have used TelephoneGhana for many years and their service has always been swift and good. I will however like them to update the webservice so that I can store more names instead of the last few top ups I have made.

I use this site a lot, and have been for long time, always have quality service. At times when I needed to contact customer service, they always replied back in timely manner to inform me by email. Recently, MTN Ghana service provider system was down, and unable to complete airtime purchases for about 7 days, they emailed me an Easter Discount Offer, that was valid until 4/20/19, but since I could not purchase airtime with discount, they sent me another discount for more, with code.

You stole my money, I made a charge, but never arrived to the destinatari, but however You charge my mone on my card. You are a thieves and You never take a phone call to could make a complaint, that was the last time I use Your service. SOB.
