Update 9/18– called to get refund today. Reiterated I had Specifically asked to speak w doctor from initial contact. Even when I called to complain last evening all they did was issue a new prescription. Not even a text to say they had done so. No phone call to say there was an human taking care of me. Can AI be taking over these sites?? Initial review 9/17: Asked to speak w doctor about poison ivy. They declined and sent request to the team that only prescribes without telephone consultation. Received topical itch relief not the oral steroids I know help. (Get severe outbreaks since childhood.) Another phone call to a “receptionist”. Waiting for update.

I had food poisoning and 5 days later realized I should see a doctor. Called my Physician but they had no available appointment. Suggested I should go to Urgent Care or the ER.
