It was expensive initially
It was expensive initially, but quick and easy to get a prescription approved and delivered. HOWEVER, if you try to get your prescription transfered to a pharmacy with a much more reasonable price ($45 vs. $4), it's like pulling teeth! My local pharmacy has been trying to call for 5 business days! They get voicemail, leave a message, but never get a call back. Thank goodness it's for a prescription NSAID and not a drug my life depends on. This is ridiculous!

Hi, We appreciate you acknowledging how quick and easy it was for you to receive your prescription with no hassle. We do pride ourselves in serving our patients to the best of our ability. We apologize for your local pharmacy having difficulty connecting with us. We did acquire a new phone system and they possibly got caught in the middle of it. We hope the pharmacy was able to connect with us, if not please contact us @ 1800-878-1660 and we will make sure it is taken care of. Thank you, The Tely Team.
