Hi Richard, While we appreciate your feedback, we're sorry to hear that there was some confusion regarding our visit fee. The $22.00 visit fee is the cost the doctor charges to review the information submitted with the order to determine if a prescription is appropriate. This fee is associated with every new prescription request, as each medication we dispense requires a prescription, and as a pharmacy, we cannot dispense a medication without a prescription. If the doctor chooses to include refills with a prescription, the visit fee will not be included on those subsequent refill orders.
