I didn't not sign up for automatic refill. Need to get credited and send package back

After reviewing your account, it appears that this was not an auto-refill order. Both orders placed on July 8 included provider fees, indicating that each order was submitted as a separate new order. Unfortunately, due to pharmacy regulations and product sterility requirements, we are unable to accept returned prescription medications once they have been shipped. We would be happy to assist you with your next order and discuss options to help make things right. I haven’t ordered the cream ! I asked specifically not to send it again - and you did . Now send UPS to pick it up . It is still sitting in my front porch .

Hi Eva, We apologize for the confusion when placing an order, with auto refills. This is an option patients can use when they request a prescription order. We do notice that you were able to contact Customer service and change your refills to a manual status, giving you the opportunity to request a refill if you needed one. Yes they can be expensive but you get what you pay for , so buy all at once to keep prices down. Nice to have antibiotics around and not get screwed by emergency room prices or have a bad day to buy you some time .
