I received my purchased cross from the place of the sermon on the mount as well as another cross. The first contains actual mount soil and is beautiful. Both are made from Olive Trees from Israel. Very pleased. Would recommend highly. God bless you all.

The pendant is awesome, and arrived promptly and well packaged. Tracking was a little confusing until we understood why something coming from Israel was shipped from Dallas. That information should be made more prominent in the advertising and shipping materials.

The picture looked like a decent size portal full of soil. In person it is tiny. The finish on the cross has blemishes and doesn't look high quality. The cross in the picture had nice multi tone wood grain. The one I received is plain and looks like pine made by a kid. Even the mounting hole in the back is so far off center that it won't hang straight. I hate to complain. I am happy to support the archeological project but I'm just being honest about the product I purchased.

Thank you for writing this, and for being so gracious about it. You are right to expect better, and we are sorry. The cross you received should have had the multi-tone wood grain and clean finish shown in our photos, with a centered hanging hole. That is a production defect, not our standard, and we are also reviewing how the vial size is presented so the photos set the right expectation. We want to make this right with a new cross, inspected before it ships, and a small gift from us for the trouble. Trustpilot keeps reviewers anonymous to us, so please email [email protected] with your order number and we will get it on its way.

It was good. Can't to receive the order. One is for me and the other is a surprise for my sister. We both support Israel and have for nearly 60 years. God willing I hope to visit Israel before my time is up.
