My truck was delivered great good service

It was easy to get a hold of a representative, they were transparent in the process, and very pleasant to work with. I could tell their first priority was to a good customer experience. I would have appreciated slightly more communication about how the scheduling process was going, but I think that may just be a personal preference. I wound up not needing to complete the transport booking, due to changing circumstances, so I can only speak to the booking process. Tempuslogix did a great job making a mysterious process approachable.

They came out cheaper than the competing brokers on shiply. My car got to its destination undamaged and with a minimum of fuss. My only complaint is that the driver they hired barely spoke English which made communication very hard.

Communication with TL was very good. Shipment was a bit delayed, but due to good communication I wasn't concerned. My motorcycle. (brand new) arrived in perfect condition, and driver was courteous and professional....no complaints really!

The services that were provided to me by the Tempus Logix company deserve kind words and good rates on this site. The only thing that disappointed me was the high price of the services.

We received great service from these guys. They worked with during this pandemic and the communication was good. Our cars were taken care of and delivered on time as promised. Only issue was that they couldn't take a fourth vehicle but we made outher arrangements for later and they refunded us money for that vehicle.

Excellent experience! I was worried about my move from Texas to Georgia and they made the process very simple. Prices are better than all other companies I compared quotes with, and I did some extensive research. Knocked off one star because I think they can do a better job communicating the process. It is also kind of difficult to call them with questions as it’s a generic number. They could easily fix the problem if they assign you to an agent and that agent give you a direct phone number. They also need to better explain the billing process (3 separate payments and additional fee for using credit or debit cards). All in all would definitely recommend to anyone looking to transport their vehicle !
