I purchased a TK-02 about two years ago, and to put it simply, I love it! Its ability to customize everything from your grind, temperatures, ounces, and to be able to create so many different drinks, makes the TK-02 customizable to your life. The esthetics of the machine are clean and simple. It looks amazing on the counter! The TK-02 prompts on when your low on water, low on beans or to simply empty the drip tray help to keep the machine running smoothly. The menus are fully customizable and you can edit your choices to only the drinks you drink, and further customize each of those to your preferences. My only suggestion for a future version is to incorporate something that makes it easier to pull the machine forward on the counter when filling the bean hopper. Finally. Customer service. Five stars is not enough. They’re a solid 10/10. I had an issue with my machine and from their immediate response to my first email, to helping to diagnose the issue, they provided friendly and professional service! On this aspect alone, I would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

Machine has been awesome, we have it in the office, and the simplicity of using it has been awesome. Customer service was super helpful when navigating through minor issues after a heavy use over the years, considering getting a second one for my house.

Super fast reply, great understanding of the issue, friendly demeanor, and being very flexible about my "issue" with the color choice. I initially tried to use AI to help me solve an issue with my Demi which lead to several frustrating dead ends. After 2 email exchanges with the Terra Kaffe support team the issue was solved.

Well it’s First Class and 120% across all areas!! The quality and performance of the machines!!! Brewed coffee at a whole another level!! The coffee products etc. are far superior to anything I’ve experienced!!! Lastly the customer service, attention to detail, response time are to be admired… I relocated cross country recently. I’ve been using the Terra Kaffe 2.0 for nearly two years and could not be happier. The build quality and engineering are obvious — the machine feels robust, operates smoothly, and has required virtually no maintenance. Performance is consistently excellent, producing great coffee with minimal fuss. When I did need help, customer support was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. Reliable, well designed, and backed by strong support — a smart investment for serious home baristas.

First, they have rental options to pay as you go. It makes sense for people who maybe cannot afford a Superautomtic machine right up front, that's awesome, and that tells me they have confidence in their products because most people will use a rental as a try before buy situation. Their confidence helps my confidence as a new customer. The Demi machine is as advertised, I like the dose options, the fact that an app does not exist, and lack of a touchscreen, those are all positives for me! I make 3-5 singles every morning and it works well. There are adjustments that you can make to dose, volume, and temp, but the adjustments are not anything crazy. Simple and straight forward. As always you need good beans to make good coffee. I recommend this machine to anyone interested in convenient, basic, espresso drinks. I have a Rancilio Silvia, and I have had 3 De Longhi machines, but I use the Demi every morning.
