Order placed on February 24th - still no shipment as of March 4th.

Ordered the amazing looking Yoke wheel for my Model Y. Fast delivery great price and plenty of help on hand from Tesery regarding fitting. Very easy to fit if just a tiny bit fiddly but very worth it! Very natural and comfy to drive with. Fantastic OEM look and feel can’t recommend enough. 👌👌👌

I have never received my product since the beginning of february

Great product, easy to order from.

2 weeks after placing the order, the order has not even shipped and your automated system could not commit to shipping occurring within the next few days. On top of that, we have to add transit time, which your website states could be up to 14 days. Add it all and you get 5-6 weeks from order to arrival, which is not acceptable for the type of products you sell.

There was no communication at the time of the order that the order would be delayed by a month! Their phone number is constantly busy and they do not respond to emails. It was not until we initiated a fraudulent charge dispute with our bank that they allegedly initiated a shipment label. We cannot actually track the order because it is in Chinese! They are selling in America yet expect their customers to read Chinese in order to do business with them! The worst is, this company is deceptive by listing their address as somewhere in Denver. Make no mistake, they are IN CHINA!!! If there was an option to select zero stars, that would have been my 1st choice. Save yourself, DO NOT BUY FROM TESSERY!!!

They went out of their way to help. They added an extra item to my delivery after I’d completed the order! Really awesome service.
