Items clearly shipped from china with weeks and weeks wait with no contact. Support is awful do not buy from this company

Ordered something small for Christmas, but it took longer than I expected to arrive (thought I had plenty of time). Six weeks later, I inquired if I could return it, and they replied saying unfortunately I'd have to pay return postage and that it would cost more than the item (because there was nothing wrong with the item), but they did offer a 50% refund and I could keep the item. I thought that was very fair and good customer service for sure! I don't know if long shipment time is normal, but be aware of the possibility and order early!

I needed confirmation that something was exactly right for my model year. after a simple email, I received all the required information from Joe which allowed me to pace the order with confidence. I was then pleased that they also included a small gift as a 'thank you'. The order arrived today all correct. All the dealings were quick and I was made to feel valued. Great customer service!!

Be extra careful about purchasing from here. Regarding returns, they will try to convince you it's not worth your time or expense to return and will try to offer you 60% refund just to hold onto the item. I've been dealing with Joe for 10 days now and I still can't get return instructions. At this point, he's wanting me to submit pictures to see if they qualify for a return. They need better pictures, descriptions, and compatibility charts if they're going to make you jump through so many hoops to initiate a return. He's even withholding the return address. I'm assuming he's delaying long enough just for the return window to pass.
