Product was great and worked great. Your customer service agent was an Azzhole that I Dealt with concerning shipping. Also be more clear about your 2 day shipping.

I asked for the package to be delivered to my front door and it was left in the property management office that was closed and I had to wait an additional day to receive the merchandise. I paid extra for shipping so they should have left it at my apartment and not in the property management office.

The product worked, but the “powder” is always actually a paste. I always have to use something to scrape the paste out and into to the tube. A disgusting and smelly process. Then I use hot water to rinse out what’s left in the “powder” container and melt the paste that I’ve scraped into the tube.

Could never talk to anyone when I tried calling several times

It would be awesome if you could utilize shipping with USPS in effort to lower shipping cost on such small packages. My order would easily ship in a small flat rate box and cost less than half the price of what i was charged AND would include tracking and insurance..

Missing drug tests. Everything else arrived in a timely manner. I reached out to customer support and they were of little help. Whatever. The main contents arrived.

Didn't like having to order more stuff like heat pads to meet the free shipping threshold at $145.00. Like product a lot!

The test center said that this sample wasn’t enough for me to be tested. I had to pour it out, ultimately wasting 87$
