I would like to take a moment to recognize Dr. Spangler and the entire team at TestDepot for the outstanding care, professionalism, and personal attention I've experienced throughout my time with their practice. From my virtual consultations with Dr. Spangler to my ongoing communication with the staff, I've consistently appreciated how approachable, attentive, and accommodating everyone has been. Dr. Spangler is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also remarkably accessible. On more than one occasion, while corresponding with members of his staff by text, he has personally joined the conversation to offer guidance or address a question. That level of involvement speaks volumes and is something I genuinely appreciate. I also want to recognize JD and the other members of the team, who have been wonderful to work with. Whether coordinating laboratory work, arranging follow-up consultations, providing updates, or simply answering questions, they have made the entire process straightforward and comfortable. What distinguishes my experience with TestDepot is the sense that there are real people behind the practice who genuinely care about the individuals they serve. Healthcare can sometimes feel impersonal or unnecessarily complicated, but my interactions with Dr. Spangler and his team have been quite the opposite. The will make sure the treatment fits your needs and provide specific details regarding plan of care. Office management provides immediate follow to any needs you have.
