Fair and easy process of sending and getting payment for diabetes supplies. We were given half of the amount anticipated because we had taken a Sharpie on the box to highlight the expiration date - primarily for our storage process. Something to keep in mind that if you plan on doing this, don't mess with the boxes! They informed me of this and I was fine with it.

Your company is very good with one notable exception...that of sending out a FedEx mailing label when a printed one isn't doable. It took more than 10 days to get to me. Usually I print them with no problem but had no ink left in my cartridge. That is way too long to have to wait to mail the strips to you in order to get compensated.
