Well I’m just so happy with my e bike and then I made another comment another 5 STARS I mean this came from the workers I believe with a little help 😊 but does it matter YES it does I’ve never dealt with a company or anything with a product that could be a problem like an E-BIKE especially after some of the terrible customer experience I’ve heard but funny I could tell right away I felt like I wouldn’t have a problem with warranty or asking questions and my gut was right which it usually is but I just got a YUUGGEE thank you from the Tesway team i didn’t expect that at all and I don’t usually give reviews like this but I have to be honest Nancy and Tesway team were honest and treated me very well we both respect and NO i haven’t been paid to say anything these are my own words and I don’t usually do this but several times Nancy and Tesway Team have gone out of their way to make sure I’m happy it’s like said in my 1st post I believe I went through amazon 3 times in 3+ months and never got a bike well Tesway had me a bike in 3 weeks I believe give or take a couple days and I’ve been happy ever since I have a custom Harley long story short I’d bet $$$$ that this bike would beat most out there but my health won’t allow me to ride it anymore 😢 this ebike is great might not do 150mph but It’s great and so us the warranty and service you get from Tesway e-bikes there’s a lot of terrible bikes out there and batteries that can be dangerous and cause a fire I feel comfortable with mine but I don’t leave it unattended while charging and people should listen to exactly that take care of your ebike and battery and it will take care of you 😊✌️🙏🇺🇸👍👍👍👍do your homework before you buy an ebike my opinion you can’t beat a Tesway and it’s price and 2 year warranty which i believe is still going on AWESOME E-BIKE 5 STARS would not give them anything less so far 🤣👍

I bought a TESWAY X5 it was delivered Thursday 1/9/26 I’m writing this review on 3/9/26 I bought this bike for delivering for Uber and Deliveroo what the Americans call door dash. I am 61 years old and I started using the bike yesterday and I was so sore after not riding a bike for quite a number of years, on the first day that I rode it I only used the throttle exclusively for about 4 hours and the battery lasted all that time and still had half of the battery meter left, on the second day (today) I cycled approximately 20-25 miles but I was peddling for about 7 miles with assistance and still only used half the battery according to the battery meter. I assume after a few weeks of cycling I will be able to pedal most of the day which means that I’ll be able to work all day and still have quite a bit of the battery left. In summary this bike has performed extremely well and and I can believe most of what the advertisement says if it continues to perform as it is now it was well worth the price I paid. A1

I bought a Tesway X7 AWD in mid-September 2026, and it has so far exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with its range, which has taken me over 250 km on one battery charge while using a medium pedal assist setting. The bike is sturdy and responsive, and is excellent for my 45 km round trip commute 4 days per week. And my 6-year-old loves sitting on the back seat. The Tesway support staff have been very responsive with my inquiries. The only improvement to service that I can think of is that the manual for the bike settings controlled through display was not provided in the packaging when shipped, nor sent automatically by email. This would have been useful and saved me some troubleshooting time when I first got the bike. Tesway has represented themselves very well so far.

Outstanding, I am in lack of words to describe my experience buying this bike. Starting with the Bike: amazing, the best bike I’ve ever had. I work for Uber Eats and Just Eat and I was looking for a perfect transport and I found it. But not only the Bike is awesome, the support team at Tesway is awesome as well. These guys did not measure effort, helping me understand the Bike and answering all my questions before I bought it. After the purchase they still continue being very present in my experience. Their response is very quick and accurate. If you work with deliveries or just wanna go really far away without worrying about battery in a nice comfortable ride, this is the Bike for you. This bike is my new passion❤️❤️❤️. I spend 60+ hours a week on top of it. I’ve done 700 km before I made this evaluation. Thank you Tesway you guys are awesome.

I am extremely satisfied with the support I received from TESWAY. I had a difficult problem with my bike, and although resolving the issue took some time, the support team continued to assist me and provide updates throughout the process. I would especially like to thank the representative who communicated with me personally. She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and supportive. Whenever I was worried or needed an update, she took the time to respond and genuinely tried to help me. Her support made a difficult situation much easier for me. In the end, I received the replacement motor I needed, and I am truly grateful. Good customer service is not only about solving a problem—it is also about treating customers with patience, respect, and understanding, and that is exactly what I experienced. They advertise 3 to 7 days shipping all through the order process. I sent them $2599CAD and they emailed me 3 to 4 hours later, telling me they were out of stock and I wouldn't be receiving my order for another 6 weeks. That information should have been provided to me by tesway BEFORE I SENT THEM ANY MONEY! They are now not answering my calls!
