TextbookXReviews of textbookx.com

I've bought several of my textbooks at TextbookX, and I was satisfied with the quality of the book, the prices, and fast delivery. Additionally, I purchased some other school supplies at good prices.

Negligent, misleading advertising, and no remedy. I purchased an eBook for En Avant, beginner French, which is a 3-semester book. The price listed is 106.66 for the eBook, but is does NOT say that it is only for ONE semester. Who takes one semester of French? It gives you the option in smaller print below to purchase lifetime access for $5 more, which I didn't take, because I assumed that the regular access I bought actually allowed me the time to use the full book, which it does not. I called them and they blew me off, telling me it was my fault for not surmising that I only purchased one semester's worth of license. Now I've got to make the whole purchase again. Congrats guys, this was my first semester, but I'll be going out of my way to avoid purchasing through you for the next 4 years. I hope it was worth it.

The bookstore is easy to navigate and the shipping and prices are excellent!

I appreciate that the prices are generally competitive with other online options for textbook purchases.

Very helpful, talked over other person on phone, but think it was accidental because of the delay

I am a student living abroad and their international shipping service and support is amazing. I like that the bookstore reminds us which textbooks we need to buy for our classes every semester. This is very helpful. The prices of textbooks here are also very competitive and many times I found them more affordable than amazon.

The online bookstore was so easy to use and I was able to find the cheapest prices for my textbooks right away. I also sold and returned a few textbooks that I did not need anymore and the process was seamless!

This online bookstore is great and easy to use, it allows for the process of accessing the necessary books needed fast and simple, the reminder of books needed for the semester is also and added perk. I have used it for some of my books for the past 2 semester and I have had no issues.
