My second hand book came in a timely manner and in excellent condition. I was extremely pleased.

I have never used an online bookstore before but this was fairly straightforward and books were sent in decent time. I liked that it would notify me when my classes received textbook requirements and it was easy to find good cheap copies of those books. I do caution that if you are ordering multiple books from different companies make sure you pay for them separately in order to make sure the order goes where it needs and isn't cancelled.

I have had a good experience with this site. They make it easy to find the books that you need for your classes that, for the most part, are the cheapest you can find. The books I have gotten are in good condition! I will continue to buy my books through this site!

SCAMMERS! Renters beware! CUNY needs another source for rentals! Like others who wrote reviews here I was scammed out of the cost of a textbook in almost perfect condition. They sent it back to me, charged me for purchase, and said it was damaged. I have photos to show it is in almost perfect condition, just the way I received it. I have contacted them several times and keep hearing that they are working on it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau next. Also, when they tell people here that they are going to look into it, how exactly will that happen when people aren't posting their info like order numbers, etc. in these comments? Hmmm....

I really enjoy ordering books from this site because it compares prices from other websites. It allows you to see the best deal. Whenever I order from them, I receive my order way before the expected date. I also like the organization of the site. They organize by each class, and it helps me keep straight which books I buy for which class.
