Great Business Texting Vendor
Text Request makes communicating with customers and prospective customers streamlined. We have seen a higher response rate and quicker response times through texting than with other platforms. Our customers have noted the convenience of being able to reach us on a platform that is organic for them.

Read the reviews before you sign up with this company. When Zipwhip shut down I made the mistake of going to Text Request. I finally gave up and transferred to Voxie (big improvement!), but they continued billing me and refused to refund the money even after I called.

Our records show you ported your number away from Text Request, but did not cancel your account or schedule a cancelation. This is not uncommon, as those who do move away from Text Request often keep their accounts during the transition for 10DLC registration and data migration purposes. Your account has since been canceled. We do not have records of any ongoing troubles before you requested to port your number away. Please let us know any issues you experienced, and we'll share those directly with our Support and Product teams.
