Hi Jon, We are happy to help! The card process is through the state of Florida, something we do not have oversight on. However, if you would like us to reach out and figure out the issue with the state, we would be happy to! Sorry if you felt in the dark, the physician receives no notification from the state. The people Port St Lucie you're doing…
The people Port St Lucie you're doing a great job job. Michelle is the person that has been very patient with me I am 63 and I suck at phones and emails Etc.

The staff is very nice and helpful
The staff is very nice and helpful. The dr is very efficient and fast. My overall experience was amazing.
