Search, ordering and delivery went very smoothly. The six chairs I selected were exactly as described in terms of color, comfort and style. Could not have been happier with the overall experience. Delivery was also faster than expected.

I haven't installed the seats as of yet, so I'm unable to give you a review at the present time. The delivery was okay all but one box which was busted open nothing appeared to be damaged. I will notify upon installation

Amazing seats for our bar room... they look amazing... are comfortable and look great!

The chairs are very comfortable, with top grade leather, and they look great in our theatre room!

I am not sure of the materials that cause this problem but there is a nearly overwhelming odor of formaldehyde associated with these seats. They seem nicely made but they really smell of VOC's. I could not recommend them. They have been in a room open to the outside for over six weeks and they are just becoming to the point I would say was not awful. I am hoping that another six weeks will allow us to use them. Luckily, we have not finished our theatre, so it will not be (I hope) more than an inconvenience.

We love the chairs, and the white glove delivery service was fantastic. The only issue, although a minor one, was that it took over 8 weeks from order to delivery. Would definitely purchase from The Theater Seat Store again.

Couldn't imagine a better chair! Added my own LED strips for stairway lighting, but it's so awesome!! Next up some custom cup holders!
