Have made multiple attempts to contact about my order, left numerous messages, and emails. Phone always gives uyou a recording, messages never get returned.customer service needs help badly

The company was great, but you need to let people know when things are not in stock right away. Had to reorder my parts. Because I was not made aware that the part was not in stock.

The part that I ordered was supposed to be here yesterday. I hadn't received a email saying it's been delivered or delayed. I don't think they take their job's serious enough for me.

Package came on the day I was informed about. The package was in good shape, item packed well and I believe I ordered the correct wheel. You guys have done an excellent job as far as I can tell. Don't hardly ever get Quality Service these days anymore. GREAT !
