I've been working with Brrio since 2024 for the setup and ongoing management of my LLC, and the experience has been excellent from day one. They guided me through the entire formation process, then took over the recurring work: federal tax returns, state compliance, registered agent, and all the smaller obligations that are easy to miss when you're not based in the US. What stands out is how proactive they are. I don't have to chase them about deadlines or remember what's due: they reach out, prepare what's needed, and keep things on track. Communication is fantastic, prompt, and in plain language. For a non-US founder running a US entity, this kind of reliable support is invaluable. It genuinely lets me focus on the business and live without that constant administrative anxiety in the background. Highly recommended.

A very professional team. They handled everything for us, from registering a company to creating bank accounts and filing taxes. They are always on top of things and very quick to respond.

I contacted Brio to inquire about LLC formation services. Initially, I was asked a few questions, which I understand are part of a pre-qualification process. However, the overall experience was disappointing and annoying and late responses After sharing details about my business and I did not receive a proper response. Instead, I was told that they could not work with me and that I should look elsewhere. While I respect that service providers may have their own client criteria, the communication felt abrupt and lacked professionalism. There was no clear guidance, no structured explanation, and no effort to assist or redirect properly. A more professional approach would have been to clearly explain requirements, provide basic direction, or handle the conversation more respectfully. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and poorly handled.

Hi Muhammad Arif, We have requested information for your misleading and manipulated feedback. We have sent Trustpilot all the details and proofs and let them decide. However, if anyone uses an absusive and egosit voice notes for communication, we don't work with them. It clearly shows how problematic its gonna be while delivering the services. You mentioned about late response, Your query was answered in a minute.

I recently turned to Brio to help me set up an LLC, open bank accounts, and apply for an ITIN, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Najeeb Ullah and his team were fantastic! They not only completed everything ahead of schedule but were also incredibly patient and thorough in answering all my questions. As someone new to this, I truly appreciated their guidance and professionalism, all at a very reasonable cost. I absolutely recommend Brio to anyone looking for similar services. Best wishes to the whole team, and God bless!
