Good Customer Service and helps build your credit

My score was just an overall score the automated system is terrible . lts the worst I've ever listened to and it's a Time waster and I think that people should have the ability to not just use a bank account payment but also be able to use a debit card to make payments .I recently got a credit line increase I think it should have been more my credit score is 640 and I make $82,000 a year I think that the credit increase should have been higher.

The Build Card is a very good card to have if you're rebuilding your credit. It could be a better card if they would do automatic credit limit increases.

While the customer service representative was efficient, and professional and kind, I am only giving a 4 star rating. This is because she never should have had to call me. I set up autopay, and for some reason your system wouldn't take it. It made my payment late and I have NEVER missed a payment or been late. Had this not happened, you would get 5 stars.
