Great experience with respect to details of the design! And wonderful journey to the approved date!

I contacted the Designers Agency through an online ad to revamp an existing business logo. I was expecting basic service for a simple fee. I didn't expect to be so impressed by the level of service I received. The team initially did their best to service my requests, but I realized after several attempts that my instructions were not clear enough. Admittedly, I was not the best client due to my limited availability. I was distracted and preoccupied juggling multiple time-sensitive activities and events, but Philip and his team were committed to servicing my project. He patiently contacted me and consistently communicated with me in a way that was professional and courteous. When I finally clarified my expectations, Philip and his team delivered exactly what I needed. What further impressed me was that I had casually mentioned some website challenges I was having and Philip connected me with his mentor who walked me through each step to access the exact part of my website that I had been struggling to fix. I was honestly not expecting that level of personal service. I would definitely work with Designers Agency again on future projects because they have earned my confidence in their services. I rarely write reviews, but Philip and the Designers Agency really impressed me and I hope my review helps someone who is trying to choose the right agency for their project.
