When I handed over my draft
When I handed over my draft, I honestly thought they’d just run a grammar check and call it a day. But the feedback I got? It was thoughtful, focused, and actually good and helped it land better. After the edits, a book blogger actually messaged me saying the pacing was spot on. That had never happened before.
