I am a new investor with 0 real estate experience. However to lenders I am told I am very well prepared and organized. Following the methods he teaches has helped me properly prepare to prevent poor performance. Along the way I have also met wonderful coaches who look out for the best in us and help us learn during their experiences.

Flip Secrets has been a game changer for me. First, it has created a system, a community, and accountability. My weekly accountability calls with Ed have revealed little nuggets every time. He doesn't lead the conversation, but follows up after listening to where I am that week to guide me in the next week. The community has allowed me to bounce ideas, refine my analysis, and be reminded that I am not alone. The course itself creates a systematic approach to real estate. This was a big deal for me. The money spent is just another reason to get to work. This program will not do it for you. You still have to work f***ing hard. But it does create a fire to continue on, a breath of fresh air seeing others pushing, and allows me to continue to go after my goals.

The content is amazing so simple to follow along and easy to learn step by step. This program changes the game if your willing to put in the work. My coach was/is great there here to help all the way.

Good Value but I’d like more one on one connections. Program gives you all the theory and education but for the price, a dedicated mentor available more than once a week would be more beneficial than group zooms where you may or may not have the support you need depending on how many are on the call needing assistance.

I’m new to Flip Secrets but so far they have absolutely over delivered. Never knew all this came with the program and I’m only 60% through the material!! Thanks everyone!

Everything about this program just simply makes sense, the A-Z course, the networking opportunities that are offered, the accountability calls, EVERYTHING . That’s only a few pluses I mentioned. There’s MANY MORE ! As a complete newbie to REI (knowing absolutely nothing), I’d highly recommend this program to anyone looking to get in the game !

Ed was great, he had all the answers and suggestions an investor could ask for. He kept me motivated and helped find solutions to life's everyday problems

This is a great program, both the content and the family is set up in a way to get you off the ground and running in no time! It is an amazing family environment and is a great fit for both beginners and people with real estate experience.
