The customer service here was on point. The gentleman who helped me went out of his way to follow up regarding a product.

The instructions of the item labels weren’t entirely clear and I ended up drilling a little too deep into the handle. Also the shipping took about a month longer than what I was expecting. I wasn’t in a rush to get it, but having it arrive sooner would have been nice. However it looks amazing and was pretty easy to assemble

Headboard I wanted was out of stock, and I decided to order from FredCo because it said they were trusted by google, and it was the only website that gave me a specific restock date. The delivery date was pushed back a week, but this wasn’t a big deal because the product was out of stock so the restock was just an estimate. The instructions weren’t super helpful because it assumes that you bought the bed frame as well, and not just the headboard. The quality is really nice and it looks great. Overall a good purchase
