Customer service need improvement
I bought an account from them. Says 30 minute to 2 hour delivery time Monday-Saturday with the prescribed times. I opened a ticket with no response and I tried calling customer support with no answer. Going on 24 hours now with no response. Unacceptable from a company that you pay hundreds of dollars for a product hoping for the best. It would be nice to have better support for the future.

Apologies again for not getting this transaction completed for you in a timely fashion. Especially egregious as you have made other purchases on the site over the years and we should have been able to skip the normal security checks and get this purchase out to you immediately.

These guys are fantastic!
These guys are fantastic. They give you a fare price and best of all are supper respectful. They definantly go above and beyond. If I ever need to sell an account again, here is where I’m going. Thank you so much guys! 100% recommend.
