Great experience with the store. All the fish arrived healthy. And tracking was a good help to let know when they were going arrive at my home. Good to see they had heat packs to keep the fish safe from freezing weather.

Ordered a number of 2 inch haps and peacock african cichlids. I have to say, they arrived healthy and nearly all as colorful as I had hoped. There are a few that haven't yet colored out but I expect them to as they grow. But they are happy and healthy.

Great customer service!!! Shipping is expensive and takes awhile. Overall they go above and beyond to ensure your fish arrive healthy and alive which they did. I purchased 5 different Koi fish and arrived alive, healthy and thriving in their new home. My guest always con and admire our tank and compliment our fish. I will highly recommend and would purchase again.

I purchased 3 thunder line royal plecos, they were like 1 1/2” or so, yes small babies, but I knew that, Valerie over there sent me a message that they had they as little ones, they arrived great , but one in 3 different tanks, these things now are like 4 1/2 to 5” now, I had them maybe 5 weeks, beautiful plecos too, I placed each one in tanks I’m power feeding for my tank build latter, couldn’t be happier, they’re great over there, from stock to your door, Valerie is the best, Thanks again Raymond Simental

All the fish died after three days.

Hello Bernard; You had purchased 13 juvenile African Cichlids and hearing they all perished in 3 days typically points to one catastrophic problem. We have so many questions since you didn’t alert us to any problems after you received your shipment. We highly recommend that all of our customers contact us immediately at the first sign of any health issues after they receive and/or acclimate their new fish. The juveniles you received were in our stock inventory in treated tanks and then placed in quarantine prior to shipping. They were visually inspected prior to and after quarantine and as they were being packed for shipment. We show no operational notes of visible issues with this batch. Had you notified us, we would have started working with you to determine the root cause, including an assessment of how they visibly looked and behaved upon arrival, your acclimation process, the tank parameters, tank size and tank mates. We potentially could have identified the cause and a solution. We’re sorry this was your experience with us and wish you had notified us immediately so we could have had the opportunity to work with you on this.
