It took a long time to get things moving. At the end, everything played out well but this could have been done sooner I think.

Even if I don't like the price (it should be lower) I can't complain about the service which is really top-notch. I have been working in this field for years and it's super hard to find reliable people to work with. I guess quality comes with a price but if they could lower the fees then this wouldn't be a 3-star review.

I've been waiting an answer since Monday. Please check your emails every once and a while and respond. No complaints about the overall service, they are good but at times just very slow.

The service itself is great, but sometimes the support is slow to respond. Just wanted to mention this for transparency, otherwise all is OK here.
