I love the classes and everything it offers. However the form of communication could be better. I purchased a 2 class pass for the month of November. I picked my two classes one being $20 other being $50. I received and email saying the class pass doesn’t qualify for class over $20 value but that was not clearly stated in the description of the class pass. I was unaware of this stipulation but there are no refunds or exchanges.. I didn’t complain to them about this but I’ll be sure to choose wisely and asks questions before purchasing another class.

I've got to say I'm much more happy with it than I ever thought I would be. For those who aren't aware, this is not a weight loss product. If that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. This product is meant to reshape the weight you have to achieve an hourglass shape (similar to other support garments and corsetry). It does this very well.
