3.5 years and still waiting for my lampster from the Indiegogo campaign I backed in December 2016- so many promises and no delivery

Almost four years ago I gave money on Kickstarter. 20 emails I have requested info. on when will it arrive from Andrew and Marilena. Still waiting since Sept 2016

Ordered from the Lampster website post Kickstarter campaign Jan 31, 2016. I remind them at least annually and they say we are just about to ship yours but nothing happens. No refunds either. At least they aren't offering time shares in Nigeria!

Finally got my Lampsters. It took a while, but now we are enjoying them a lot. They are SO cool B-) The Lampsters team were very helpful when the glass was broken on arrival - not their fault. I love having it shut down automatically when I leave the room. Having this litlle soldier on my desk is so funny, but my wife still jumps when she sees it - thinking a baby is standing on her desk ;-)

It has been two years since I received my The Lampster military lamp and it still makes me happy. I will never tire of looking at her, she is so beautiful. It always works as well and what power when you need to see clearly as if to tinker. My lamp took a long time to arrive, we had to be patient but it was worth the wait.

Just got my Lampster today... some parts show on the box not included, due to circumstances, and overall feeling of the product is mediocre at best... Packaging was good... they really keep with the story and do go an extra mile to give the customer something extra when opening up the box. The "cracks/crevice" in the hands really feels like a production flawed (even if their support informed me that it's by design).. when I fill it using sand then it will pour out when moving the lamp... this is just bad product design which is a shame. The app is not all that good but it works.. I think that it would be better to open up to the possibility to have others create apps for the lamp. On the plus side I did get 2 x spare glas which was nice and the design of the lamp is rather cool. I would not by it again knowing the end costs and wait time.. but as of now I'm happy I actuality got the lamp after 4,5 years of waiting. The support has always been good at communication and rather quick in responding and when having a chat with them they always do explain why things are as they are.

Kickstarter backer here. Still waiting for a lamp. At this rate I'll be dead when and if it finally arrives. But rest assured it will go in my will, so don't think you can escape your obligation, Lampster People. This was a truly horrible experience.
