I attended my 1st LEVELUP event in Vegas. The quality of the presentations is amazing.

I attended LevelUp Vegas in January 2026 and it was an outstanding experience. The speakers delivered real value and were truly open books. What stood out most was the culture. Egos were left at the door, and the conversations with other attendees were eye-opening. It was a great reminder that there are levels to this game, and staying humble is key to continued growth..

The events are bar none the highest level I’ve experienced for real estate investors. I’ve been a part of a lot of masterminds and I’ve never seen this much value dropped at events

Amazing event! Super coordinated but on top of that the value received from some of the speakers was next level.

Working with Chandler has completely changed the way I approach my business. His strategies are clear, actionable, and actually work in the real world. He breaks everything down step-by-step, holds you accountable, and genuinely cares about you leveling up—not just in business, but in mindset and consistency. I’ve invested in a lot of programs over the years, and Chandler stands out because he actually delivers. If you’re serious about scaling, improving your systems, and getting out of your own way, Chandler is the guy you want in your corner. Highly recommend Level Up and Chandler—game-changing experience.

I’ve had a great experience with Level Up REI. This is a training program that offers all the high level information but more importantly gets down to the individual business level. My business is in a much better position since working with them and the trajectory is as strong as it’s ever been. I would highly recommend this program for anyone looking to improve and expand their real estate business. In particular I’ve worked one on one with Devan Carrol and he’s been tremendous. He’s met with me regularly, has me focused on the right things, brings a knowledge and experience level that is unmatched, has helped with every aspect of my business, and has even partnered with me on deals to see them through. There was one in particular that there’s no way I would have closed on my own. It was been a truly great experience so far.
