Trusting the process.... The verification process with the different card companies made me feel a bit uneasy like I'd done something wrong. Each credit card company mentioned "fraud.Fraud, Fraud". I then started to think oh wow,...I hope I didn't just sell my soul to the Devil. I spoke to my Rep, Kori and once again, I was back on track. I even questioned the processes to the card companies and they gave their reasons. So far I've trusted the process & it's going as planned.

Lighthouse Financial was very helpful throughout the process. Even during my wait for credit cards, they checked on me to make sure I didn't have any questions.

From the commencement of my service, I was helped every step of the way. The only issue was the miscommunication about the address I had on file, which affected me in various ways. Lighthouse Financial did an amazing job working with me and they enabled me to expound my business and solve some of my personal issues. My representative, Miss P., was very kind and patient. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable proceeding with the credit institutions that I was connected with. The only issue I would say was inconvenient was the scheduling. Between their schedule and that of my own, it was a little difficult to always reach one another at preferable times. But text messaging works with them so that did make a difference. Overall, amazing financial service and a great help.
