I ordered the AI teddy at a cost of £86 Honestly to say I was disappointed is an understatement, the bear was shoved in a plastic bag, and just put in a tatty brown box no instructions or anything, looks like it’s from TEME, avoid this site at all costs

Really bad service , was waiting nearly 3 weeks tracking didn’t work until I told them I was making a complaint to PayPal ,suddenly I was sent the tracking .and an absolutely appalling toy for the price paid stay,will never buy from them again

I ordered (2) of the interactive race car toys for my grandsons. When they arrived both cars were damaged and the shipping wrap (not a box)was also beat up. The actual toy was priced at almost $100 each.The toy sent looked like a very cheap imitation of the advertised car. I contacted customer service via email requesting a full refund. Instead, they shipped the exact same version to me with the same shipping method and broken vehicles.Once again,I contacted customer service. They stated I could send the car back to them (shipping cost was my responsibility) which is also out of the United States and they would issue a refund approximately 2 weeks after they received them.The return shipping cost is not worth sending the product back.I would highly recommend not buying products from this site. I wish that I had read the reviews before spending over $200 on gifts that are broken and poorly made,
