Gracie (Luxe Nomad)
Gracie (Luxe Nomad), went above and beyond in assisting our family to arrange a stay at Intuition. We went back and forth to ensure the family coming from different locations and on different flights could meet and enjoy a special family holiday at Intuition. Gracie assisted us at every point, with patience and excellent infromation and support to get the bookings coordinated and over the time. We are so grateful and we owe you Gracie! Efficient Team Service
I have just completed my reservation at Fenix Hotel in Furano & The Vale Rusutsu. Johanah Nicole Tabay was very helpful by way of answering all of my queries promptly. In addition offering ongoing assistance from The Guest Team with airport transfers, local recommendations and activities. All in all, an efficient service. Thank you

We recently booked 0ur 2027 Japan…
We recently booked our 2027 Japan winter season snow holiday with Irish Yumul, who works for The Luxe Nomad. We found her to be extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgable for everything to do with our 5 week booking. Very Helpful Agents …
We are still planning our upcoming stay at two Luxe Nomad properties, but I wanted to say that so far the guest service and booking agents have been super helpful including An Nguyen and Jewel Gomez. They are very prompt to reply, thoughtful and helpful.

The villa is stunning
The villa is stunning! We couldn't have hoped for a better place for an important family celebration. What really made our stay special was the staff! They attended to our every need and were warm, engaging and superb!!!! It was an absolute delight to stay at Villa Kapungkur!
