I ordered my wedding invitations and they are absolutely fabulous. The service was spectacular and I was able to get expedited shipping the same day the invites were being shipped. I cannot say enough about Nicole and how far she went to get my invites exactly right. Will definitely recommend Pretty Polite to friends and family. Excellent service and product. Their site is also extremely user friendly.

Great customer service and good quality products. A little confusing on the correct way to set up your files-but the contacts at the shop were very helpful in making sure the files printed correctly.

The process was slightly confusing at first (to me), however when I got the hang of it I loved it. I am very creative and considered making my own invitations. I quickly realized this wouldn't work, so this felt like this was perfect opportunity to let my creative juices flow while having a professional do the more challenging piece. The staff is attentive, and works hard to give you what you want. The packaging and products are simply beautiful and I got so many compliments. After receiving my invites, I started paying closer to the other invites I received and these are a HUGE step above the other online sites.
