I pre-ordered the Iron Maiden set in December of 2021. They came out in April of 2022 and I did not receive even an email about them. Zero communication to me without me first engaging. I received them piece by piece from September through December and eventually in February had to ask for a refund because I still was missing one.

Made a preorder- the items were not shipped by the expected date after a year of waiting. No updates or notice, and customer support on the website was rude and unhelpful. They have a 15% cancelation fee even though they did not meet the sale on their end. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Thank you so much for your feedback. The item you ordered had an expected date of 1st qtr of 2023. We don have a 15% cancellation fee every preorder we receive is a binding agreement to the product. We order the units from our manufacturer depending on how many orders we receive. If you cancel we are stuck with the item. We are a small business and can't afford to inventory unplanned items. Order took 9 months to arrive. I had totally forgotten I even placed an order. No communication about delayed shipment or anything. And of course all sales are final so I can't return the items I no longer need. Poor customer service.

The Funko Pops I bought were shipped incredibly well in protectors with plenty of bubble wrap! They arrived in mint condition. I've had some bad experiences lately with pops I've ordered from other sites, so I REALLY appreciate when they are shipped with care. I would definitely order from The Mighty Hobby Shop again.
