Really good priced items

Pre ordered an item that said it would be available in October that have been searching for at a very good price. Two days after that my order was shipped. Did not expect it. It was a present for my boyfriend and loved it. It was in very good condition and perfectly wrapped.

I've placed several orders by now and have never experienced a problem. I've emailed with questions on a weekend and it took them less than an hour to reply with answers. Best small retailer I've used my whole life.

After making a mistake on the order I emailed them to resolve the issue. Haven't heard from them after sending two emails. They preach customer service in their website and they are not assisting in resolving my issue.

The item I wanted was readily available and easy to find. I was given consistent, on time notifications or my order status and the item arrived safe and sound in perfect condition with good packaging.
