Wonderful service per usual, roses are lovely!

I ordered Forever Roses from The Million Roses as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, the original order arrived with the roses damaged, despite the shipping box being intact. The company sent a replacement, but, unfortunately, the second shipment also had the same damage to the roses while the outer box was fine. Finally, they sent the second replacement, and this time everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I’m satisfied that they made things right in the end, and I appreciate their effort to ensure I received a perfect gift.

Got 3 colors instead of 2 as advertised. Pink, Purple and Peach. Still pretty however and the black base leaves your finger prints behind FYI.

This is the 3rd time I ordered from this company. First 3 times were excellent and that’s why I am so surprised I had so much trouble with this last order. I paid for 2’day shipping and the order didn’t arrive for 6 days. This is totally unacceptable. Yes I was refunded my shipping costs and then given an$50 gift certificate. To me that would have been acceptable if it was a day late which is what I was told would be the case when the flowers didn’t arrive on time. But then it just kept updating to the next day each day later it was avenging it arrived on Friday when it was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. Initially the response to my messages was quick and helpful but as the days kept going and the flowers still didn’t arrive I stopped receiving any updates or anyone to try to fix the issue. After this experience I am very hesitant to order from this company again.

I LOVE the roses! I have ordered multiple times but this time the box was a lot smaller than I expected. Maybe that’s partly my fault but I was a little disappointed.

Horrible customer service. Delivery date not met and made me miss the entire reason I ordered them.
