Simply the fact that my hundred and two year old mother was taken by the splendor on mother's day of the beautiful bouquet..

I’m somewhat upset by the order. It took longer than anticipated to ship and in the past people always told me they were very strongly scented. These roses were not scented well. The smell was very faint. It was supposed to be a big gift, well part of it, for my mom’s 65th birthday and it was okay at best.

I was told by a time in the top 🔝 of the page that they would be delivered by Mother’s Day that was not the truth

I had an issue with the purchase of the supreme rose bouquet. The issue was promptly resolved by customer service. Thank you Pierre!

Overpriced for what it is. Underwhelming.

Ordered on May 1suppose to be 3 to 5 business days. Plenty of time for Mother’s Day. However just received yesterday, May 15th late for Mother’s Day, 15 days later, 10 business days later. Will never use service again.

After telling me it would be delivered on Mothers Day, it was delivered the Wednesday after. As if that wasn’t enough yo texted the Recipient completely spoling the surprise. Completely unacceptable! I hereby demand a full and complete refund,
