Hi My name is Dr. Ebodi. I have ordered a pack of flowers a week ago for my wife’s birthday on 5th February 2025 and i have paid in full. Sadly i have not received my order yet . This is awful and unacceptable service. You ruined our day as it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife. I would like your complaint procedure and I would like my money refunded ASAP . One of the roses hasn’t been received to the recipient and where they sent them to I’m unable to get in touch with then due to their number not wroking

It's been over a week and my order still hasn't shipped out.

Flowers ordered did not meet expectations and also came damaged. Customer service were able to provide a full credit, review would be 5 stars if they provided a full refund.
