TMA and Switchback need a higher scale. Maybe 10 stars?! Local. Friendly. Knowledgeable. The Mountain Hare. Oh I forgot family-owned with three adorable special helpers. It’s a pleasure to shop there. And they have some many long-term employees and TMA alum stopping by when in town, it must be a great place to work.

I bought hiking poles, which I had only looked at online. Ella was terribly helpful with explaining the various options & when she didn't know something - she got another staff member to explain. Great customer service! Thanks. I'll be back ;)

I always enjoy shopping at Mt. Air. Most of the time the costumer service is great. There are times lately the sales associates are visiting with each other and not giving attention to the customer. I believe the sales associates know there stuff and if not ask a fellow worker.
